Talent International is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our global mining technology client on a permanent basis, based in Brisbane.

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies, craft compelling marketing content, and drive product positioning for digital mining solutions focused on Asset Health and ESG. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, sales teams, and technical experts to develop impactful marketing materials, conduct market research, and deliver high-quality product presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies for digital mining products
• Create engaging product communications, including whitepapers and case studies
• Deliver high-impact product presentations to sales teams and executives
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business insights
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine solution messaging and validation
• Manage CRM content and lead generation through Salesforce

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or strategic analysis
• Proven ability to create high-quality digital marketing content
• Strong experience with PowerPoint, Adobe tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Background in the mining industry or digital transformation solutions (preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently
