Junior Product Manager (Pathway to Product/Customer Experience Lead)
Salary: $70,000–$100,000 + super + future ESOP

Your New Role:
We’ve titled this role Junior Product Manager to attract emerging talent, but this position is designed to evolve into our Product/Customer Experience Lead role. You’ll start by contributing to UX design, customer feedback loops, product planning, and pre-sales support — and grow into leading product and experience initiatives across the company.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious product thinker or designer to scale into a strategic leadership role at the intersection of design, customer insight, and technology.
Your Responsibilities:
- UI Design & Prototyping:
Leverage your Figma skills to design intuitive user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences that reflect customer needs and our product vision. - Customer Engagement:
Work directly with customers to gather feedback, distil insights, and translate them into actionable product improvements. - Product Roadmap Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to help define, prioritise, and refine roadmap items that balance business value with user needs. - Tool & Workflow Management:
Use Productboard to manage product workflows, and maintain a working understanding of Jira or other agile tools. - Pre-Sales Support:
Partner with the sales team to showcase features, demos, and product capabilities to potential customers, helping communicate value effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- A graduate or professional with 1–4 years of experience in Product Management, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline
- A strong interest in customer experience and a desire to grow into a broader product or leadership role
- Proficiency in Figma with an understanding of good design principles
- Great organisation skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work cross-functionally
