OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail orientated individual to join our commercial team. As a company we take on some of the most challenging and rewarding projects in the country and are firmly committed to delivering luxury, high-performance modular construction nationwide at scale.

You will have at least three years of experience in the development, hospitality or construction industry, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders from proposal to completion.

Reporting to the Directors, this role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and plays an integral part in pioneering modular construction projects across Australia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with project feasibility studies, site analysis, and due diligence.

Support the preparation and management of development applications, approvals, and permits.

Coordinate consultants, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project deliverables are met.

Assist in budget preparation, cost management, and financial tracking of projects.

Participate in preparing project reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Track and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.

Support client relationship management, ensuring high client satisfaction and responsiveness.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, operations, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project integration.

SKILLSET

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Property Development, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in construction or property development.

Familiarity with development approval processes and project lifecycle management.

Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficiency in Google Suite, Monday, Procore, Slack, Bluebeam etc
