The Role

We have an exciting opportunity within our professional services practice. You will be responsible for end to end full 360 recruitment, consisting of a mix of warm accounts and new business development. This is not a typical standalone recruitment role, our team are collaborative, so be ready to share your market information during daily team stand-ups, and shout out your collaboration wins at our Friday company wide Wrap Up.

Some of the key responsibilities you will have include:

· Maintaining and growing a client portfolio of leading companies

· Actively developing new client accounts

· Maintaining and growing a portfolio of temporary and permanent candidates

· Participating in a range of business development activities and value add initiatives

· Proactive headhunting and candidate sourcing

· Negotiate terms and offers while keeping a long term relationship mindset when dealing with clients

· Be an industry expert through attending networking and industry events

Your Expertise

· 3+ years experience working in an end to end 360 recruitment position specialising in white collar/corporate recruitment
