Responsibilities

• Proactively find and grow new business by identifying potential clients, making outbound sales calls, attending meetings, and building strong relationships.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio by providing exceptional recruitment support and identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for white collar roles – from writing job ads and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers.
• Understand client needs in depth and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with their business goals.
• Promote Adecco’s full suite of workforce solutions to both existing and prospective clients to maximise value.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring a high standard of compliance and administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support shared goals and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Your Profile

• You’re a confident communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• You have previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role – ideally within the white collar space.
• You’re driven by targets and enjoy the challenge of finding and winning new business.
• You’re organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You bring strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, always focused on delivering value to clients and candidates.
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and recruitment platforms.
• Most mportantly, you’re a team player who brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to everything you do.
