It takes talented people to build such a leading team and as such, our client is looking for HR Director to join their HR team initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. It is quite likely that this role could lead to a permanent opportunity after the 12 months due to the predicted growth.
About the Role
This fixed term contract will see you joining the leadership team as well as managing a cohesive HR team. This role is a true HR generalist role that will see you partner and advise at a senior level. The role has your usual BAU responsibilities that you would expect, as well as a lot of project work such as: DE&I projects, an HRIS implementation, involvement in acquisitions and leadership development programmes.

This is not your stock standard HR leadership role and requires a special individual to take on this role where no two days are the same.
About You
We are looking for someone who has some solid HR Management experience behind them and enjoys working within a fast paced and energetic environment.

Tertiary qualified, you will ideally have experience working in an organisation that has a strong “internal client” service delivery culture. In addition, you must be able to develop credible business relationships and demonstrate an effective coaching and influencing ability.

A keen customer focus and goal orientation will complement your proactive, common-sense approach and ‘can do’ attitude. A sense of humour is a must!

Please note this Organisation does have a requirement for everyone to be onsite 5 days a week in their new offices in Sydney CBD.
