Responsibliities

• Payroll for 260 staff (including expats)
• Checkings and reconciliations
• Expense reporting and forecasting - very manual
• Responsible for compliance: workers compensation - estimates & actuals
• Payroll accounting tasks
• Terminations - manual calculations
• Responsible for payroll provider (semi-outsourced) and annual payroll provider review

Systems used: ADP Payforce

About you

1. very strong Payroller
2. strong knowledge of Payroll legislation
3. experience in Financial Services (or prof services) - very corporate environment
4. strong knowledge of Excel _ lots of spreadsheet work
5. someone who can look at improvements
6. global payroll experience would be a plus
7. ADP Payforce would be a plus
8. Someone who can "own" this role
9. Being able to multitask
10. Resilience
