As demand for our services grows, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our skilled team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Air Conditioning Technician to carry out installations, servicing, and repairs of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, take pride in their work, and deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair various air conditioning systems (including split systems, ducted, and VRV systems)

Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs

Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections

Interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation

Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members

Maintain accurate job notes and documentation

Manage time efficiently and work independently on-site

What You’ll Bring:

Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Valid ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

Current Australian driver’s licence

At least 2 years' experience in installation, maintenance, and service

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional presentation and reliability

A commitment to quality and safety
