Our business is located in the Sutherland Shire. You will start your day at our factory located in Caringbah or on site. We service all of Sydney with a heavy focus on the Sutherland Shire and Eastern suburbs.

Our company is 50% residential construction installation, 50% commercial installation with a focus on high end finishes.

About the role

Seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to work in and across Sydney.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of air conditioning systems in residential, commercial and industrial environments.

Position Overview:

The applicant must have a strong background in air conditioning installation. With a hands on approach to problem solving and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of a variety of air conditioning systems from splits to VRV
• Recording job details via an online job management system SIMPRO
• Managing and running projects
• Being congruent with the companies culture
• Conduct routine service and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, repair, and replace components as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician.
• Relevant technical certifications and licenses.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of commercial and industrial air conditioning systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
