About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance professional to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring our properties are well-maintained and presentable.

What you'll be doing

Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on our properties

Carry out a variety of handyman tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and general property maintenance

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues in a timely manner

Jobs include Mowing (Ride On),Wipper Snipping,Gen Maintanence,Gardening Fencing.

There is also Basic Farm duties including Cattle Horse paddock maintanece.

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar role.

Strong practical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations

Have alevel of comfort around cattle horses and animals in general.
