Role Opportunity
We seek two experienced Lead Electrical Designers to support our client's growing portfolio of large-scale decarbonisation projects and sustaining capital initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead an experienced team performing high-quality E&I designs for major mining and industrial clients.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design.
• Proven ability to lead and organise a high-performing design team.
• Advanced proficiency in MicroStation (3D and 2D).
• Experience working within Rio Tinto, BHP, and FMG frameworks is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of electrical designers to ensure project deliverables are met efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Develop and review detailed electrical and instrumentation designs using MicroStation (3D and 2D).
• Ensure compliance with client-specific standards, including Rio Tinto, BHP, and FMG systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
• Conduct occasional site visits as required.
