About the role:
As the Spatial Technical Lead, you will provide specialist technical services managing Parks Victoria's spatial technology stack, managing spatial system solutions including desktop, web-based, online and integration with non-spatial systems. You will play a key senior technical and mentorship role in a team of spatial professionals with multiple backgrounds and responsibilities. You will also be a direct contributor to significant organisation wide programs, providing technical expertise and innovative development of spatial applications, enabling the delivery of spatial related services which are designed to translate into business benefits for Parks Victoria.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in the administration of enterprise spatial technology stacks with advanced skills in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal and Geocortex Essentials
- Well-developed SQL skills and demonstrated experience in the use of Oracle Spatial as an enterprise relational database
- Spatial ETL experience, particularly FME Desktop and FME Server will be highly regarded
