Our client is a leading provider in delivering HSEQ Services across Australia and Internationally.
They are currently looking for an experienced Advisor with the main responsibility to develop and implement HSEQ Management systems to meet the client’s business needs.
This is a Perth based position, working full-time, Monday-Friday and will require you to visit client sites on a regular weekly basis. There is also room for flexibility on working hours.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation, monitoring and review of HSEQ management system requirements across company clients and maintain the system certification to ISO Standards.
- Client assistance in developing, implementing and reviewing all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental and Quality management, including policies, guidelines and processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 standards, demonstrating expertise in quality, environmental, and occupational health, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular client inspections to ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to, providing feedback and reports to management.
- Implementing and facilitating of Safety Interactions, Hazard Identifications and Risk Assessments and reporting them to HSEQ Coordinator.
- Participate in Gap analysis Audits as required to the standards and reporting.
- Advise on HSEQ Management System on further improvement opportunities.
- Managing client profiles and keep up to date with all the client project files.
- Maintaining HSE documentation and initiate continuous improvement in HSEQ and training as applicable.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in HSE or Quality discipline.
- Lead Auditor Qualification (HSEQ Integrated).
- Minimum 2 - 3 Years’ experience gained in Auditing and HSEQ.
- Excellent communication skills, including competency to produce professionally written reports and documentation.
- White Card and Drivers Licence.
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
- A 'can do' attitude with a strong desire to succeed in the role and a passion for health, safety and environment.
- ICAM Trained (Desirable).
- HACCP and NDIS knowledge (Desirable).
