Your new role

Your new role will see you reporting to the Field Service Manager, with the work being based in Victoria - some regional work will be required every 2-3 weeks approximately.

Your new role will see you working a 38 hours week Monday to Friday (approximate 7 / 8am start with an early Friday finish). You will be involved in breakdown, installation & repair on a full range of multi – industry compressors. You will provide exceptional customer service being customer facing daily and reflecting the globally well renowned brand. With the service coordinator supplying detailed daily scheduling of jobs from preventative to reactive you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and sophisticated reporting on diagnosis and fault finding. There will be a full scope of training supplied to you upon commencement.

Paramount will be your dedication to safety, and commitment to after hours requirements as per the rostered requirements (well compensated).

What you need to succeed

• Fitter trade, or motor mechanic with high mechanical aptitude;
• Proven background in a service role, compressor experience highly advantageous;
• Ability to work autonomously and confident customer facing skills;
• Be highly organised and have the ability to work across varied systems to report on diagnostics, and overall maintenance findings; and
• Flexibility with the after hours requirement, and occasional regional requirements.
