With the growth of their NSW business, they are seeking an experienced D&C Senior Project Manager to lead on the delivery of high-profile commercial fit-out projects in Sydney. This is a great opportunity to join a business that values innovation and collaboration.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving project delivery, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships.​

• Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.​
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, and consultants.​
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.​
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.​
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.​
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues proactively.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.​
• 10+ years' experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering D&C commercial interior fit-out projects.​
• Strong leadership and team management skills.​
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.​
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
