Our client, a dynamic company at the forefront of innovation in strategic growth and client experience, is looking to enhance its market position with two highly skilled Senior Project Managers. These roles will drive the delivery of strategic growth initiatives and improvements to customer-facing platforms.

Role Overview
We are seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to oversee the successful delivery of high-impact projects.

They offer an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring that key business initiatives are executed within scope, time, and cost constraints.

You will play a critical role in overseeing product launches, platform enhancements, and client experience improvements, contributing to business growth while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth Program: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a new product launch initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective execution.
• Client Portal Program: Drive improvements in the Client Portal Program, focusing on enhancing customer experience and streamlining operational processes.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and dependency management for multiple projects across both programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, product development, legal, operations, marketing, and finance, as well as external stakeholders.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks to ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor and track project performance against time, cost, and quality metrics, reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining alignment with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of project management capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, high-impact initiatives.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong background in fintech, customer-facing portals, wealth management, or financial services.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field. PMI or PMP certification (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
• Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as strong governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
• Agile Experience: Ability to work in an Agile environment and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
