Duties and Responsibilities
Independently manage a mixed or paediatrics caseload with a target of 25 billable hours per week, including travel and non-face-to-face activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and your team.
Conduct in-home assessments of clients' communication and swallowing needs.
Set meaningful and functional goals with holistic considerations of their capacity across other domains.
Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve clients’ communication functions.
Recommend and implement Assistive Technology solutions to enhance clients’ functional independence.
Maintain thorough case management notes and develop clear, comprehensive reports.
Collaborate with families, medical practitioners, and other allied health professionals to provide holistic care to NDIS participants.
The Ideal Candidate
Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with SPA membership.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist, ideally with NDIS participants.
A valid driver’s licence.
A passion for working with diverse clients and delivering exceptional care.
