We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Studio Success (assistant) Manager to lead the growth and success of our studio. In this pivotal role, you will drive new sign-ups, oversee membership upgrades, enhance member retention, and lead with passion and purpose. You will work closely with our team of coaches and members to foster a vibrant community while ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional service.
This is a permanent role for 21 hours per week In-Studio + additional online hours based on demand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Membership Growth and Retention:
Help new members get started by creating a genuine connection and caring about their desired results.
Develop and implement strategies to help members upgrade & register for our Programs and Challenges.
Monitor and help refine the sales process to maximise conversions and revenue.
Create and execute retention strategies to minimise membership cancellations.
2. Deliver exceptional Customer service /Member experience:
Meet & Greet members arriving for Classes & PT sessions
Ensure each Member has an Amazing FitClub experience
Ensure each Member is engaging and attending our Studio regularly
Track Member attendance
Track member progress towards their Goals
2. Leadership and Training:
Lead engaging role-play sessions with our team to help them improve their sales performance.
Collaborate with team members to introduce new ideas, processes, and structures that enhance the studio experience.
Be responsible for Opening and Closing the Studio based on your scheduled hours
3. Community Building:
Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for members and the team.
Organise events, challenges, or activities to foster community and member engagement.
Build strong relationships with members to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
4. Business Collaboration:
Work closely with the management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
5. Book Introductory sessions:
Book new potential members into (30min) Introductory sessions
Conduct Studio Tours
6. Onboarding sessions:
Book new members into Getting Started sessions
Conduct Getting started sessions (Onboarding)
Look after new members to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Growth in new members getting started.
Growth in membership upgrades, challenge and program enrolments
Improved member retention and reduced cancellations.
Positive feedback and engagement within the studio community.
Implementation of successful new ideas or structures that benefit the members, team and business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven sales and customer service experience
Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with members and team.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and implement new ideas.
Living an Active and Healthy Lifestyle
What We Offer:
Studio hours would be Monday to Friday and possibly some Saturday mornings.
Shifts would be for 3 to 4 hrs + 15mins if Opening or Closing the Studio
Same regular shifts each week and would total 18 to 21 hours per week
Shifts would be between 6am to 9am and 4pm to 7pm (no split shifts required)
