About the Role:

We are currently seeking for energetic, self -motivated customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Your key responsibilities:

• Providing personalized and high level of customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Processing foreign exchange transaction effectively and efficiently.
• Promoting our travel money products and offers to maximize the sales.
• Recording daily transactions in the system.

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience of cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Understanding of KPIs and sales targets.
• High attention to details.
• A positive 'can do' attitude.
• Availability for shift work.
