Our client is a leading healthcare provider with national coverage, who strive to maintain their position as a leader of innovation within their field.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading a small team providing technical, procedural and process support for core business systems and applications. You will also be responsible for incident and problem management and driving system improvements, integration and data management.

Although not exhaustive, below is a list of some of the key responsibilities:

• Manage the release and deployment process
• Plan, implement and review service levels
• Change Management
• Application Support (L2/3)
• Problem Management.

This is a 12-month FTC with a high likelihood of extension or transitioning to a permanent role.

This organisation offers a hybrid working model with the opportunity to WFH 2 days a week.

Your Profile

You will be an experienced Applications Manager or Team Leader, having worked across medium to large organisations, operating within an ITIL framework. You will have led application's teams and remain 'hands-on' in troubleshooting issues.

You will have had experience in the following:

• Supporting core business systems
• Implementing and leading change
• Problem Management
• Process improvement
• Driving initiatives.
