The Role
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Advisor to join
our growing team. This role will provide comprehensive HR support to both our internal
teams and assist our clients with their HR advisory needs.

Key Responsibilities
 Deliver customised HR advisory services to our diverse client base across Real
Estate, Construction, Finance, and other industries
 Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for clients, including job description
creation, candidate sourcing approaches, and selection methodologies
 Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, workplace policies, and HR best
practices to client organisations
 Assist clients with designing effective onboarding programs and employee retention
strategies
 Analyse clients' HR documentation and recommend improvements to employment
contracts, policies, and procedures
 Support clients with workforce planning, identifying skill gaps, and developing talent
acquisition roadmaps
 Collaborate with our recruitment consultants to provide end-to-end HR solutions for
clients
 Design and facilitate customised HR training workshops for client teams on topics
like performance management and employee engagement
 Build strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for ongoing HR
support and consulting services
Required Skills and Experience
 Bachelor's or above degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
 Preferably 5+ years of experience in a HR advisory role
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Proven ability to build strong client relationships
 Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
