Your Next Opportunity
We are now looking for a full-time Technical Account Manager based in Adelaide, SA. As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of our Adelaide client base, managing technical accounts while delivering innovative solutions and high-quality support. This role requires a strong background in managed services, as you will oversee escalations, onsite work, and project delivery.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing technical accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
- Providing expert IT support and troubleshooting for escalated issues
- Delivering onsite technical services, including installations and project rollouts
- Collaborating with the sales team to scope, onboard, and support new clients
- Documenting project scope, solutions, and client interactions
- Maintaining and managing network, server, and cloud infrastructure
- Advising clients on IT strategy and best practices
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal teams
What You’ll Bring to the Role
To excel in this role, you must have at least three years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, strong organisational skills, a solid IT background, and a passion for delivering high-quality managed services.
In addition, you will have:
- Experience with a broad range of IT systems and programs, including firewalls, Microsoft platforms, and virtual environments
- Prior experience in a pre-sales role, including scoping and delivering project solutions, is highly desirable
- Familiarity with ticketing/documentation systems such as ConnectWise or IT Glue
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-site client environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
While formal qualifications are not required, certifications in relevant IT fields will be highly regarded.
