About the company:

• Chemical company currently undergoing substantial growth.
• Located in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
• This role involves 12-hour shifts and will be working 80-hours per fortnight.
• Working 4 shifts on one week, and 3 shifts on the second week. You may start as early as 6:45 am.
• Training period will involve working Monday to Friday doing 8 hour shifts.

About your duties but not limited to:

• Spray painting panels with samples
• Color matching the samples
• Making sure all products align with specifications
• Operating and maintaining instruments
• Data entry & database upkeep
• General Laboratory housekeeping

Skills & experience:

• Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Ideally 1-2 years laboratory experience, specifically in the chemical, paint, petrochemical or similar industry.
• Are a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
