• Three Full days per Week
• Five Shorter Days: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Commission - Earn uncapped, achievable commissions. With dedication, $20k + in commission is achievable

Key Responsibilities:

• Advertising jobs
• Screening & interviewing candidates
• Presenting resumes to clients
• Building relationships with our existing client base
• Utilising CRM and other tech tools

This role focuses on filling positions for EXISTING CLIENTS-no cold calling or sales required. Our paperless system frees you from administrative tasks so you can focus on your core duties.

ABOUT YOU

• 12 months of Trades/Construction/Engineering recruitment experience
• Or, 3+ years in unskilled blue-collar recruitment with a willingness to learn technical roles
