Key Responsibilities:

Floor Preparation: Grind, level, and clean concrete and timber substrates to create a suitable foundation for all flooring installations.

Floor Finishing: Apply epoxy resin and perform concrete polishing services to deliver top-tier finishes for residential and commercial spaces.

Existing Flooring Removal: Carefully remove existing flooring (tiles, carpets, hardwood timber, vinyl) while ensuring the substrate is maintained in excellent condition.

Pre-Installation Procedures: Application of resin and cementitious products for ramping/transitions, primers and moisture barriers along with other necessary preparation steps for flooring installations.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to complete projects to the highest standards and within specified deadlines.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to All Floor Prep’s health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and clients.
