The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator based in Perth to provide high-quality, effective, and efficient administrative support to our operations Department. This role is critical to the smooth delivery of projects and contracts by managing key administrative tasks and facilitating seamless coordination across teams.
The Project Administrator's responsibilities encompass recruitment support, onboarding, documentation management, procurement, contractual administration and logistics coordination, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
As Project Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Core Duties
Coordinate Geo Oceans and client specific qualification, mobilisation and on boarding of field personnel;
Order and distribute Personal Protective Equipment to field personnel;
Assist with project personnel demobilisation activities;
Enter project timesheets and other data into company system;
Provide site administration support, ensuring that mobilisation documentation is up to date and compliant with project specifications.
Assist with identifying and engaging field personnel to fulfil project needs;
Assist in updating and managing rosters, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Assist in maintaining records of personnel qualifications, certifications, and training requirements in both internal and client databases.
Provide general administrative support and answer incoming calls;
Any other duties as may be within scope and purpose of the job as requested from time to time;
The successful candidate will have the following:
Demonstrated experience in project administration or a similar role, with a focus on contractual compliance;
Ability to handle complex data and ensure accuracy in all tasks;
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders;
Proficiency in relevant systems for data entry, reporting, and updating rosters and certifications;
Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines;
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to supporting team goals and process improvements.
