The Venue

Long before every menu in town started name-checking their steaks, we were dry-ageing our beef in our very own ‘La Luna’ cool room.

We are now looking for our next ‘meat-loving’ creative to lead the team. As Sous Chef at Bouvier Bistro, you will work alongside chief ‘meat-man’ Adrian Richardson as we maintain our status as one of the best places in town to “get your meat on”. Whether it be our made-in-house smallgoods, or our ‘well-hung’ steaks - our head chef will continue to drive the offer and support our passionate team as we continue to serve our loyal customers into 2023 and beyond.

The Role

The Sous Chef at Bouvier Bistro is a natural leader, inspiring those around them, and keeping the team engaged, having fun, learning and loving (meat) as they develop their career at this leading Melbourne Bistro.

This is a role that gives you access to some of the best produce, suppliers and providores in the state. Alongside Adrian, you will help drive and evolve not just our ‘meat offer – but our Modern Mediterranean style menu

This is a role for someone that loves what they do…… and does what they love.

The Offer

You want a 4 day week Wednesday to Saturday? No problem!

Christmas and Easter off? Yup…. We’re closed
