Position: Full-Time Workshop Coordinator & Retail Sales
Location: Noosa
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

Workshop Coordination: Manage all bike repairs and service bookings with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bikes.

Customer Interaction: Provide expert advice and excellent customer service to cyclists of all levels, helping them choose the right bike and accessories.

Sales Support: Assist in maintaining an organised, welcoming shop environment while helping customers with their retail needs.

Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations in the workshop, ensuring efficient turnaround times for repairs.

Deliver exceptional customer service in both workshop and retail environments.

Help customers find the perfect bike, accessories, and gear for their needs.

Perform basic bike repairs and maintenance when needed.

Keep the store organized, clean, and stocked with quality products.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for bikes and cycling culture!

Strong workshop and mechanical skills (experience with bike repairs is essential).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential.

Enthusiasm for helping others enjoy the sport of cycling!
