About the Role

Working within the Merchant Services team as a senior business analyst you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives related to Single Sign-On (SSO), payments, IT security, and user access management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements for merchant services projects.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and user access management initiatives to enhance security and user experience.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure payment solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process improvement recommendations.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to define and refine requirements.

About You

• Significant experience as a business analyst within banking and/or finance
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, authentication protocols, and security frameworks in banking environments.
• Strong understanding of merchant services, payments, IT security, and user access management.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
