Location
Our office is currently located at Victoria Point, in the Lakeside Shopping Center with plenty of car parking available. We are relocating to a brand new office building in Cleveland by April 2025.

What We Need from You
Ability to multitask
A genuine passion for customer service and building effective relationships with everyone - from our clients to our hardworking contractors.
A team leadership quality to manage a team of contractors.
Typing skills with a minimum of 45 wpm and ability to learn a new CRM
A friendly, upbeat attitude. Positivity is contagious!
Independence in tasks, but also a team player spirit

Positions Available:
2x Full time roles on offer
8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
No weekend work or evening work required
Compensation:
Competitive pay under the Contract Call Centres Award 2020, with a rate that acknowledges your experience and skills. Benefits include 50% off Club Lime gym membership and more. Specific details regarding salary and any additional benefits will be discussed further during the interview process.
