SENIOR FUNDRAISER

An established and growing national children’s health charity is seeking a passionate and experienced senior fundraiser to drive fundraising growth and strengthen its impact. With a mission to transform the lives of children with cancer through movement and physical activity, the charity partners with hospitals and health professionals across Australia, delivering innovative programs that help kids stay active during treatment.

You will lead and deliver fundraising strategy, significantly growing revenue by expanding fundraising initiatives and events to boost revenue while innovating new approaches for growth and impact. The role will lead and foster a broad range of stakeholder relationships from major donors, corporate partnerships, government, hospitals and other health related organisations. Equally, you will connect meaningfully with the children and families who benefit from the charity, ensuring their needs remain at the heart of the organisation’s mission. You will spearhead initiatives that expand the charity’s reach and influence, enhancing its long-term sustainability.

You are a motivated and collaborative individual who is keen to be very hands on. Respected for your empathic and genuine nature, you are passionate about the cause and can connect with people from all walks of life. With strong business acumen and a proven track record of successful fundraising, you will be an active ambassador for the organisation and a dedicated advocate for its donors and their vital contributions. Beyond fundraising, you have the capacity to increase opportunities through enhanced awareness and recognition of the outcomes the charity achieves and the evidence supporting it.
