ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will design cutting-edge structures, collaborating closely with a team of engineers and drafters to ensure adherence to industry standards. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior engineers, helping to enhance their skills and support their career growth.

DUTIES.

• Structural design and calculations
• Conducting site inspections to determine suitability
• Training and mentoring of junior staff
• Detailed documentation, design and analysis of various elements such as reinforced concrete, steel and timber
• Monitoring budgets to ensure project costs stay within range
• Collaborate with the internal engineering and drafting teams

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in software of Inducta, SpaceGass and Structural Toolkit or similar related software
• 7+ years local experience
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Residential project experience
