As a key member of the HR function, you’ll work closely with employees across all levels of the business, providing advice on HR matters, with a focus on performance management, employment legislation and employee lifecycle events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance on performance management processes
• Interpret of the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation
• Partner with senior leadership and teams across the business, acting as a trusted HR advisor on people-related matters.
• Utilise HR metrics and data to track trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Support HR projects, particularly in relation to Enterprise Agreements and employee relations.

Key Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a strong foundation in HR advisory or business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of performance management processes and the ability to coach and guide managers effectively.
• Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at the executive level and across the business.
• Experience working in an Enterprise Agreement environment is highly desirable.
