We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with the utmost quality, enhancing the experience of our clients and supporting our mission of holistic health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Service Delivery: Manage the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring our clients receive seamless, timely, and personalized care.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of support professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high-quality standards.
• Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients and participants, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met through regular feedback, addressing concerns, and providing a positive service experience.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interact and collaborate with key stakeholders, including health professionals, partners, and community organizations, to ensure integrated, holistic care delivery and enhance service offerings.
• Collaboration with Health Professionals: Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to each client’s care.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to service delivery processes, driving efficiency and operational excellence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including healthcare professionals, administration, and marketing to ensure alignment on service offerings and delivery.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee the budget related to service delivery and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure all service delivery activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining ethical and professional standards at all times.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, or in a similar role within the health and wellness or service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and health professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in client relationship management and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS system.
• Sound experience in the disability or allied health/welfare/education fields.
• A relevant degree or certification in Community Services or a related field is preferred but not essential.
