About the Company Our client is a global leader in Renewable Energy Manufacturing, with a strong presence across international markets. As they continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a highly strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial and business operations across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role As CFO, you will be a trusted advisor to the board and executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction, ensuring financial integrity, and driving operational efficiencies. You will lead finance, risk, compliance, and business transformation initiatives while acting as the primary liaison with Head Office and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership to align short-term objectives with long-term vision, ensuring financial and operational excellence across all business units.
• Embed a data-driven, risk-aware culture in all strategic decisions, driving cost efficiencies through ABC costing and advanced financial controls.
• Leverage ERP systems and emerging technologies to streamline processes, enhance internal controls, and maintain higher-than-required regulatory standards.
• Oversee international tax structuring, compliance, and equity management while preparing compelling business cases for funding and resource allocation in Australia/NZ.
• Identify and execute integration opportunities, including horizontal, vertical, and congeneric expansions.
• Guide commercial and cultural initiatives, enhancing employee relations, stakeholder engagement, and work health and safety standards.
• Provide strategic input into the development and management of real estate portfolio.

About You:

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience.
• CA or CPA qualified with strong expertise in direct and indirect taxes.
• Strong background in financial strategy, business transformation, and cost optimization.
• Experience in M&A, commercial contracts, or government tenders.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, including board-level advisory.
• Knowledge of GAAP and international financial standards (desirable but not essential).
