Has previous experience providing top-notch client service and fostering strong relationships in a reception role.

What You’ll Be Doing: No two days will be the same! Your key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming clients and families with a smile.

Managing phone inquiries and responding to client emails.

Preparing and overseeing NDIS service agreements.

Handling patient correspondence and scanning confidential documents.

Managing appointments and patient bookings with precision.

Processing payments using Tyro & Medipass, and issuing invoices/receipts.

What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate? To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

Experience in an Allied Health setting (bonus points for NDIS expertise).

Familiarity with Nookal, Medipass, or Tyro systems.

A valid Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card) and a current First Aid certificate.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, based at Rosalie Children's Centre in Paddington, with some flexibility to negotiate. For the right candidates, we are open to considering two part-time positions.
