We’re not your standard clinic. Neurodiverse Playhouse is on a mission to shake up how therapy is done—making it fun, functional, and truly tailored for neurodiverse children. We’re creating a new kind of experience—one where kids feel seen, supported, and excited to move.

We're searching for a passionate and playful Paediatric Exercise Physiologist who’s ready to join our vibrant multidisciplinary team and help us take therapy to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Deliver engaging, movement-based therapy using play and functional tasks
✅ Use primitive reflex integration techniques to support neurological and motor development
✅ Work Part time including Saturdays at our Yarraville Playhouse, with additional sessions delivered in-home and in the community
✅ Collaborate with our amazing team of allied health legends
✅ Support children in building strength, motor coordination, regulation, and confidence

We’d Love You To Have:

✔️ Accredited qualification as an Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
✔️ Experience (or strong interest) in working with neurodiverse children
✔️ Knowledge of, or willingness to train in, primitive reflex integration
✔️ The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative environment
✔️ Saturday availability and flexibility to offer mobile/community sessions
