Are you an experienced Administration & Office Manager with a background in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) sector? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your expertise in the RTO space will help drive efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline office administration and student management processes
Oversee compliance and reporting requirements for the RTO
Maintain and update student records in Wisenet (preferred)
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including Moodle (preferred)
Coordinate enrolments, course scheduling, and document management
Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team
Liaise with trainers, students, and external stakeholders
Implement and improve office procedures to enhance productivity
About You:
Experience working within an RTO (essential)
Proficiency in Wisenet and/or Moodle (preferred)
Strong understanding of compliance and student management systems
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
