About the role:

You’ll provide outstanding customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions, whilst assisting with sales, administration and product coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a professional and friendly service to customers

Preparing quotes and processing orders

Answering product/technical inquiries

Managing returns, invoices, and sourcing special items

Liaising with suppliers and updating pricing

Coordinating stock and deliveries with yard staff

Occasionally assisting with picking stock

Supporting general administrative duties

What we are looking for:

A team player who can also work independently

Experience in timber, construction, or hardware such as Bunnings is a bonus

Strong computer skills (Excel, Pronto preferred)

Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy

POS experience and a customer-first attitude

Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling

Must be open to completing a pre-employment medical check

No Industry experience? Not a problem!

Full training and support will be provided to set you up for success.
