An exciting position has been made available at this reputable, award winning pasta factory based in Sydney's Inner West.

Hours: Monday to Friday 5am - 2pm ( overtime may be required)

Responsibilities include

Assisting with washing up kitchen utensils

Assisting with cleaning of the production area

Assisting with making pasta

Assisting with cooking sauces

Preparation of ingredients and equipment for pasta making

Assisting with packing of pasta products for both retail and wholesale

Cleaning work surfaces and equipment after production

The successful applicant will have the following minimum requirements

Speak, read & write clear english

Be an Australian Resident/Citizen (NO WORKING OR TOURIST VISA APPLICANTS)

Have a passion for food

Some food handling experience is preferred

Be flexible in working hours

Able to multi-task when required

Able to work with minimal supervision

Have a positive can do approach to tasks and challenges

Some lifting required

Pasta making training will be provided. Training will take place during the day.
