About the role

As a Fashion Wholesale Sales Account Manager (Part Time) at Upstage World, you will be responsible for managing and growing our wholesale customer relationships across Australia. This is a strategic role, playing a key part in the company's sales and business development initiatives. This part-time role is based in our Bondi Junction office. (There is scope to become full-time for the right person)

What you'll be doing

Maintaining and developing strong relationships with wholesale customers to drive sales growth and retention

Prospecting for new wholesale customers and negotiating sales agreements to expand our distribution network

Providing excellent customer service and being the primary point of contact for key accounts

Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell our product range

Monitoring sales performance and providing detailed reports to the sales leadership team

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales and promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a fashion wholesale B2B sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business

Confident in delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations

Proficient in using CRM systems to track and report on sales activities

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets
