You will be responsible for:

• Using diagnostic software to determine faults and plan repairs.
• Operate in compliance to the NHVAS scheme.
• Conducting regular maintenance on Hawk Logistics diesel-powered vehicles and machinery (trucks, forklifts).
• Diagnosing and inspecting issues using scanning tools and computers.
• Performing necessary repairs using hand and power tools.
• Keeping accurate records of service and repairs.
• Carrying out Preventative Maintenance inspections.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience with Kenworth, Mercedes, Cummins and Volvo, desirable but not essential.
• Experience in general fleet Maintenance.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Demonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum Certificate III in Automotive Diesel Engine Technology or equivalent.
• Current forklift license desired.
• HR license desired.
