Job Responsibilities

· Preparing detailed architectural plans, including elevations, sections, site layouts, 3D views and schedules for houses, pools, duplexes, and secondary dwellings.

· Revising and updating plans in accordance with clients and Director feedback, specifications, and email correspondence.

· Developing floor plans and façade designs from initial concepts.

· Producing high-quality, precise drawings to professional standards.

Qualifications

· Highly skilled in the use of Revit software.

· Knowledge of Escape is considered an advantage.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an advantage.

· Experience in designing small to medium-sized residential projects.

· Familiarity with Development Applications (DA) and Complying Development Certificates (CDC) within the Sydney market is advantageous but not mandatory

Role Overview

The role will encompass all aspects of architectural design, documentation, contract administration, and quality control. The Draftsperson is required to work with Director and staff to draft the design concepts that are developed for a project and protect and sustain them through the project stages until the project is finalised.
