CLINICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Represent Range and associated companies

Build relationships with key surgeons/clients and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and

clinical case support

Additional responsibilities include working with the local sales team to develop & manage business relationships with all customers, physicians & hospital/support staff and continually influence the
sale & market growth of products

Main Responsibilities

• Guide and assist surgeons and their team in the operating room. Ensuring appropriate technical and optimal surgical support as directed

• Ensure that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants and user guide as per each customers' requirements

• Regularly complete instrument inspection and check instruments function correctly and recommend repair/replacements

• Use product knowledge to present, demonstrate, and ensure accurate utilisation of Range products

• Build and develop strong relationships with customers, external and internal

• Provide in-service, and training on the clinical application, maintenance, care, and handling of equipment to operating suite and CSSD personnel

• Coordinate training and events and managing day to day requirements of business support, ensuring Range delivers exceptional levels of service to our customers

• Carry out stock takes and check for variances in consignment and hospital owned stock

• Proactively manage existing customer relationships ranging from product end users, nursing personnel, management, and administration personnel

• Continually assesses customer needs & requirements

• Develop customer relationships and identify growth opportunities to secure existing business and achieve competitive conversions

• Participating in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours / weekend case support

• Travel outside of the region or local area from time to time, depending on business
requirements

• Participate in trade displays, education courses and seminars as required

• Always comply with all OH&S requirements as per Company policies and legislative environment

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and comfortable working autonomously
• Computer proficiency in MS Office
• A valid current driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
• Highly organized and self-motivated
