The role:

General duties of a Registered Nurse at Wongaburra include (but not limited to):

• Providing holistic care to our residents that maximises their independence and quality of life
• Engage with residents, understand and respond to their needs, build caring and trusting relationships
• Medication, wound, and infection control management
• Coordinate and promote resident lifestyle needs with the Holistic team
• Assessments planning and coordination of resident care services through nursing care plans
• Leading a team of Care staff in the delivery of daily cares
• Complex clinical cares (with direction from senior Nurse as required)
• Daily documentation and reporting
