The Opportunity

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This role services the Bribie Island and surrounding region, including Gympie, the Sunshine Coast, Caboolture, and Bribie Island itself. You'll be based at our Bribie Island office.

As a Registered Nurse & Case Manager, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive care, including client onboarding, assessments, and health promotion initiatives.
- Provide expert wound management, clinical cares and palliative care, ensuring comfort and dignity for clients.
- Regularly evaluate care effectiveness through reviews and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families.
- Guide and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Assistant Nurses including inductions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

- Experienced RN/Case Manager with a passion for community care.

- Skilled in wound management, clinical cares and palliative care

- Strong advocacy skills to influence positive outcomes for clients

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.

- Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster (every 4-5 weeks, with an allowance).

- Valid driver’s license.

- Current police check (or willingness to obtain).
