About the Role

This role blends estimating, early-stage procurement, and cost planning. You won’t just be pricing drawings—you’ll be liaising directly with subcontractors, reviewing scopes, and preparing budgets that set projects up for success.

We’re integrating contract admin elements into this role so you're involved pre- and post-award, ensuring smoother project transitions and sharper cost control

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Estimating & Tendering

Take-offs from architectural and service drawings

Prepare competitive tenders and early-stage RFIs

Highlight cost risks and value-engineering opportunities

🔹 Subcontractor & Supplier Engagement

Engage and negotiate with subcontractors early

Prepare clear scopes of work and review pricing

Maintain and build strong industry relationships

🔹 Budgeting & Cost Management

Track and manage project budgets

Collaborate with PMs on cost variations and savings

Maintain accurate pricing databases

You’ll Need

Proven experience in estimating (shopfitting, fit-out or commercial construction)

Strong understanding of architectural and service drawings

Subcontractor engagement and negotiation experience

Technical knowledge of interior construction

Software proficiency (we use Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Nexvia)

Great communication and commercial instincts
