About the business and the role

Josh Norman Landscapes is a landscape design and construction company based in the northern suburbs. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, attention to detail and customer service. We work on a diverse range of projects across Melbourne but are predominantly based in the northern and central suburbs. We are currently looking for a site supervisor/leading hand for an immediate start.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your role will involve working day to day on site including site set out, paving, timber work, irrigation, lighting, soft landscaping, liaising with clients, and completing projects within a set timeline. You will report to the Construction manager and Director.

Skills and experience

The following is required:

A trade qualification in Landscape Construction

Current drivers license and white card

Medium Rigid Truck licence a plus

Good plant knowledge

The ability to read and interpret plans

Well presented and good communication skills

The ability to work as part of a team

A good eye for detail

A passion for the industry
