Landscaper / Apprentice (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Year)

What the Landscaper role entails:

Running your own domestic landscape projects with a $250K-$1M contract value

Managing a small team of landscapers, apprentices and subcontractors

Leading by example and setting high standards for your team

Working to deadlines and setting daily targets for the team

Working with management team to ensure jobs come in on or ahead of budget

The successful applicant will have:

Knowledge and hands on experience across all aspects of structural and soft landscaping

Experience in reading landscape plans

A strong understanding of OH&S policies

A can- do attitude and enjoy receiving constructive feedback

Have excellent problem solving and dispute resolution skills

Confidence in their ability to make quick decisions

A full drivers licence and white card

A medium rigid truck licence, excavator and skid steer license (preferred, but not essential, company can provide training)

What the Apprentice role entails:

Assisting in domestic landscape projects with a $250K-$1M contract value.

Working alongside experienced landscapers to gain hands-on experience in both structural and soft landscaping.

Contributing to a positive, high-standard work environment.

Learning to manage landscaping tasks while developing your skills on the job.

The successful applicant will have:

About You
