Cleaning Supervisor – Part-Time (4 Days a Week)

Location: Brisbane– Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast
Hours: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 4 days per week
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Work Vehicle: Provided for work use

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our commercial cleaning sites. This role involves driving between sites to supervise cleaning staff, complete site inspections, and ensure high cleaning standards are met. Additionally, you will provide hands-on support when needed to assist with detailed cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit commercial cleaning sites to supervise and support cleaners

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained

Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when staff require support

Communicate effectively with clients regarding service expectations

Report any issues or improvements needed to management

What We’re Looking For:

Previous commercial cleaning experience (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site

A valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided for work use)

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
